Throwback Cover of the Week: Jerry Hsu’s Transworld Skateboarding June 2014 Cover

This week’s throwback cover is Jerry Hsu’s June 2014 Cover of Transworld Skateboarding during a Switch Frontside Crooked Grind (or Fakie Salad?) on a bank to ledge somewhere in California. Shot by Ben Colon, this photo was shot during the filming of Emerica’s ‘Made: Chapter 2” and is featured in the video below somewhere around 6:40. Jerry’s style and trick selection is timeless, and this cover is by far one of my favorites. The angle, trick, clarity & focus make this an amazing cover. This was one of two covers Jerry Hsu had as a result of Made: Chapter 2. The other one being Thrasher’s May 2016 issue, which was also shot by Ben Colon. Both shot has footage below in Jerry’s B-Sides to Chapter 2.
